Absolutely! What started off as an idea to make some Christmas decorations in 2024 has lead to us making much more from coasters to display trays, photo boards to shelves and bedside units to dining tables. If you have any enquiries regarding custom products just contact us here 

As all of our products are handmade to order we don't like to provide a specific timeline as this can vary so much depending on the product from a few days to a few weeks. However we always aim to get orders made as quickly as we can whilst still providing the quality we aim to achieve. If you're after an order for a specific date (however last minute that may be) just contact us and we'll do our best to help (we have turned orders around in less than 24 hours previously!)

The majority of wood we use here at Pren Decor is reclaimed wood which means it can be a wide variety of different wood types. We do sometimes make products from or add finishing touches to other products using other 'new' wood such as basswood, plywood, scaffold boards etc. We always try to use any off cuts for other projects or creations so there's minimal waste.

As most of our products are made from reclaimed wood this means that every piece is unique - the colour of the wood, the grain, the weight etc may vary. This sometimes means there can be small holes, imperfections and quirks in the pieces of wood - which we love and think adds so much more character to the piece. However, we will never use a piece of wood that will affect the use of the item or be unsafe - such as having a crack in the wood.

Here at Pren Decor our creations are mainly for decoration purposes only so items like memory boards, display trays and signs or plaques don't require a protective top coat. On items such as coasters, outdoor house signs, dining tables etc they will always be coated with a protective waterproof top coat allowing them to be wiped clean - this is an extremely matt top coat, it does not give a shiny/gloss finish and still looks like natural wood. 

We usually like to leave the wood its natural colour as this provides so much more character, however on a few of our products we will use a wood stain (this will always be mentioned on the product listing)

Every product is sanded multiple times to ensure a smooth finish whilst still keeping the character and quirks to the wood. We always advise handling wooden products with care to avoid injury/splinters as this may occur due to the nature of the material despite being sanded and smoothed.
